Meditation On the 7 Chakras. Meditation technique

admin, June 23, 2024June 27, 2024

Duration: about 25 minutes.

Meditation

Let’s sit comfortable, easily
We’ll chant OM three times
Keep your eyes closed
Body relaxed
Your body is ninety nine percent space, empty space
And the sound occupy this empty space, or it is it’s nature
Let’s take a deep breath in
And breath outwards
Another deep breath in: OMMM
Relax your body, your body has billions and trillions of cells
And they have empty space in them, most of this space element
Honor your own body, it’s the precious gift to you from nature, from God
Let’s energize and purify our body by chanting OM once again
Take a deep breath in: OMMM
Relax your shoulders, arms and your backwards
Another deep breath in: OMMM
Let’s take your attention to the base of the spine, the first chakra
Just a gentle attention without much effort
As you put your attention on the first chakra, you may notice your hips, legs and ties are getting relaxed
Relax the lower part of the body and keeping your attention on first chakra
Relax more
(silence 1 minute 30 seconds)
Now let’s bring our attention to the second chakra, three inches above first one
Gentle attention there and let go
(silence 1 minute 20 seconds)
Let’s take our attention to the navel centre, keep your attention round on navel
(silence 3 minutes)
Little more attention on your heart chakra
Then relax
(silence 50 seconds)
Let’s come all to the throat centre, the purifying centre
Gentle attention here
Keep your mind penetrated deep into the throat centre
And let go
(silence 4 minutes 20 seconds)
Relax and lets come to in between the eyebrows
Relax more and more
Become aware of the walls on either side of your head
(silence 1 minute)
Keep a big smile on your face
And as you smile notice your brain is getting relaxed
Let’s take our attention to twelve inches above our head
(silence 1 minute)
Let go all your efforts
Become aware of the space above your head up to the ceiling of this auditory
(silence 1 minute)
Nothing to do and nothing to know right now
(silence 1 minute)
OM, Shanti, Shanti, Shanti
(silence 1 minute)
And you may slowly and gradually become aware of the body and surroundings
With the big smile on your face
Allow the smile to percolate into your whole body
Imagine as the back of your head is also smiling, not just the face
And you may slowly open your eyes
